Job Description

We're in search of an IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries, maintaining IT systems, and providing support for both hardware and software applications, all while ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs and develop solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Ensure that all systems et up are documented for future reference.
  • Coordinate with teams to address any IT service interruptions.
  • Implement preventative measures to reduce system downtime.
  • Conduct user training sessions on software updates and new tools.
  • Maintain a log of all support requests and resolutions.
  • Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with IT management to identify resource needs.
  • Assist in maintaining user accounts and access permissions.
  • Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk support or related role
