Job Description

As the Recruitment Manager, you'll take charge of enhancing our talent acquisition strategy. You'll lead a team of recruiters to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process across the organization. Your expertise in the recruitment field will be crucial in shaping a workforce that drives our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment function to identify and engage top talent.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics.
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns to resonate with potential candidates.
  • Advise management on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote open positions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • Degrees in Psychology or Marketing will be beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years in recruitment management or similar role
