Responsibilities

  • Supervise the full recruitment cycle from job posting to interview and selection.
  • Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a healthy workplace culture.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with industry standards.
  • Organize training sessions that cater to employee development needs.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and provide guidance to management.
  • Manage exit processes, ensuring compliance and feedback collection.
  • Serve as the HR contact for queries related to policies and benefits.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of employee data.
  • Lead initiatives promoting workplace diversity and inclusivity.
  • Engage in various HR projects to boost workforce morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
