We are seeking a Professional Development Coach to lead learning initiatives that empower individuals. The role involves designing and delivering training programs tailored to diverse audiences, facilitating workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching to enhance skills and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive coaching strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Support employees in achieving their personal development plans.
• Conduct pre-training assessments to measure knowledge gaps.
• Facilitate feedback sessions that enhance team performance.
• Oversee the implementation of new learning technologies.
• Create and maintain an online resource hub for coaching materials.
• Engage in continuous improvement of the coaching process based on participant feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree in Education or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of combined experience in coaching and HR development
