Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring a cohesive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to encourage a productive work environment.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Help maintain workplace health and safety standards.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

  • 3+ years in HR or administrative roles
