Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves conducting environmental assessments and providing strategic recommendations to clients aimed at improving their sustainability practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations and a passion for eco-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify environmental problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their environmental needs.
  • Support the development of environmental policy frameworks.
  • Prepare environmental risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct public consultations and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master's degree or higher is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental impact assessments

  • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
