Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for client presentations.
• Engage in client meetings to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Support the execution of financing and advisory transactions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during transactions.
• Mentor junior analysts and help with their professional development.
• Drive the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the legal team to finalize transaction documents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the investment banking sector
