We are searching for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in George. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations on the construction site.
• Implement best practices for health and safety on-site.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of construction activities and costs.
• Forecast project timelines and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate communications among project team members and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Professional qualifications in project management are advantageous

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
