Assembler Musical Equipment

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler with experience in assembling musical equipment. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling and testing various musical instruments and equipment to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble product components in line with specifications.
• Follow and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
• Support improvements to assembly processes and identify areas for efficiency gains.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules and targets.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or assembly related to musical instruments.
• Further technical qualifications are an advantage.

Experience

• Experience with woodworking or metalworking is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Quality control awareness
• Familiarity with woodworking tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced hand tools.: Proficiency in handling tools to enhance product assembly efficiency.
• Knowledge of electronics as applied to musical instruments.: Awareness of how electronic components integrate into instruments.
