Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop strategic training plans.
• Create course content and training resources across various platforms.
• Deliver training in person and via virtual platforms as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with training regulations and requirements.
• Utilize feedback from training sessions for continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of learning by providing recognition for developmental achievements.
• Encourage self-directed learning and development in employees.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and employee progress.
• Assist in the management of training budget and resources.
• Maintain a library of training materials and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or related field
• Certificate in Training or Development is highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Performance Management Systems

Certifications

• Professional Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
