Job Description

Be part of our compliance team as an HR Compliance Officer. You’ll ensure our HR policies align with relevant legislation, monitor compliance metrics, and report on compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR strategies align with compliance requirements.
• Conduct assessments and follow up on corrective actions to resolve compliance risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance practices.
• Assist in developing metrics to measure compliance effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to new HR staff on compliance roles.
• Establish a confidential reporting mechanism for compliance concerns.
• Prepare documentation for compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Review and enhance existing compliance manuals and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in HR compliance or related field

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of labor laws

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in employee relations: Prior experience in managing employee relations to resolve conflicts.
