Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to employee needs.
• Conduct training needs analyses to assess skill gaps and requirements.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Research and implement best practices in adult learning methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Training roles

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• eLearning Development Tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Facilitation Skills

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Adult Learning Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
