We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our growing practice in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch veterinary services, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our furry patients. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health examinations for animals.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Perform routine and emergency surgical procedures.
• Provide compassionate care and support to anxious pet owners.
• Monitor and analyze lab results and imaging.
• Educate pet owners on preventive care and health management.
• Collaborate on case discussions and treatment strategies.
• Assist in training and development of junior practitioners.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and environment.
• Participate in outreach programs to promote animal care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Further qualifications in animal care are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of veterinary experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Diagnostic imaging experience
• Anesthesia management

Languages

• English: Fluent
