Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Veterinary Doctor to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse range of animals. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing conditions, administering treatments, and performing surgeries as needed. You will collaborate with other veterinary staff to ensure the highest level of care for our patients and outstanding service for their owners. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of animals.
• Engage in surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and emergency surgeries.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results effectively.
• Communicate treatment options clearly to pet owners.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss animal care protocols.
• Engage in community service activities promoting responsible pet ownership.
• Train and guide staff members on best veterinary practices.
• Investigate and report zoonotic diseases as necessary.
• Assist in developing clinic marketing efforts.
• Support in managing the overall clinic hygiene and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical veterinary medicine are desirable.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in veterinary practice.
