Job Description

In the role of Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and ensure that our stores exceed expectations. You will work hand-in-hand with store managers to enhance performance, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence within our retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and staff performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all stores.
• Evaluate store layouts and design strategies to optimize customer flow.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient inventory management.
• Drive customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management role with proven success

• Visual Merchandising
• Sales Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with customer loyalty programs: Familiarity with developing and implementing customer loyalty initiatives.
