Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop internal control policies to safeguard company assets.
• Provide assistance during audits and implement recommendations.
• Advising on financial decisions based on current state of finances.
• Regularly update accounting systems with new transactions.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide mentorship.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CIMA/ACCA certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting experience

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
