Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst at Prestige Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in conducting and presenting detailed financial analyses to assist our clients in making informed investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in markets, in-depth knowledge of financial modeling, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive industry and company research reports.
• Assist in the sale and marketing of investment banking services.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities for clients.
• Help manage client relationships through effective communication.
• Participate in due diligence and preparation of transaction materials.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or equivalent preferred
