Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Organizational Effectiveness Manager to enhance our HR strategies and ensure our team's effectiveness. The successful candidate will drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, foster employee engagement, and align HR practices with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects that enhance organizational performance through efficient HR practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments of culture and climate within the organization.
  • Design and implement talent management and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and track progress.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or any related field
  • Postgraduate diploma or Honors degree preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years experience in HR management or organizational effectiveness roles
