• Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire orientation sessions.
• Develop relationships with local educational institutions to establish internship and recruitment pathways.
• Provide training and support to staff on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role
