Our growing HR consultancy is seeking an HR Consultant to support our clients in navigating the complex HR landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR practices and will be able to provide strategic guidance on various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops on HR best practices and workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Support compliance audits and reporting.
• Advise on compensation and benefits structures.
• Assist in succession planning and workforce optimization.
• Liaise with external HR service providers as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• HR Certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR consultancy or management
