Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Security Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cyber threats and defenses, and will be responsible for monitoring and improving our information security posture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security systems for potential threats.
• Support incident response efforts and investigations.

• Audit security protocols and enforce compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to secure infrastructure.
• Proactively identify weaknesses in the security framework.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Relevant professional certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or IT security
