Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at our Johannesburg office, your primary responsibility will be to drive the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating placements. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about matching candidates with their ideal roles and fostering positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to refine job descriptions and requirements for current openings.
• Identify and utilize effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pool.
• Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Assist clients in the onboarding process to ensure a positive transition.
• Implement innovative recruitment techniques to enhance talent acquisition.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing

Technical Skills

• Talent Acquisition
• ATS Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
