Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Learning and Development Specialist in Cape Town to enhance our training programs. The chosen candidate will collaborate across departments to identify training needs and help cultivate a learning culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful training sessions and materials.
• Assess training needs through surveys and interviews with employees.
• Work with subject matter experts to create relevant training content.
• Monitor employee progress and provide feedback on their improvement.
• Administer learning management systems to track training activities.
• Facilitate learning events both in-person and online.
• Foster a positive learning environment to encourage participation.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends in learning and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Education
• Additional certifications in learning design are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in learning development or training-related roles
