• Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure effective service delivery.
• Lead educational workshops for clients and families on relevant issues.
• Support clients in navigating complex systems to obtain necessary services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a social work environment

Certifications
