Job Description

As a Leadership Director, you will lead our mission to develop exceptional leaders for our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively implement leadership development programs that empower our staff and volunteers, enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive leadership development frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to cultivate a leadership mindset.
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends in leadership development.
  • Partner with community organizations for outreach and development.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of leadership programs.
  • Encourage collaboration among leaders for shared learning.
  • Guide the organization in diversity and inclusion initiatives within leadership roles.
  • Develop metrics to measure leadership success.
  • Maintain strong communication with executive leadership on program progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in leadership training initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline (advantageous)
Experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership development role.
