As the Sheltered Workshop Executive Director, you will lead and manage the workshop's operations, overseeing the production and delivery of services while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall operations of the sheltered workshop.
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives for workshop growth.
Oversee the quality and delivery of goods and services produced.
Ensure adherence to compliance and legal standards.
Oversee the financial management of the workshop, including budget oversight.
Direct the recruitment and ongoing training of staff and volunteers.
Develop partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of programs.
Secure funding through grant-writing and fundraising efforts.
Carry out necessary administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent experience
Experience
5 years in management or leadership roles, preferably in the non-profit sector
