Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight to our business initiatives. Your experience in regulatory affairs and your ability to navigate complex legal landscapes will be vital in protecting our interests and facilitating growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract negotiations and prepare related documentation.
• Provide risk assessments and legal opinions to facilitate strategic business decisions.
• Manage compliance audits and assist in policy development.
• Collaborate with external advisors and regulators.
• Support the training of staff on legal compliance matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Further qualifications in business law is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.

Certifications

Languages
