Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, manage various legal matters, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in diverse industries, advising them on legal rights, obligations, and strategies to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance issues.
• Ensure the implementation of contracts in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update the company’s legal documentation and records.
• Facilitate discussions on legal matters with senior management.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Law is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in legal advisory.
