Looking for an IT Support Specialist who thrives on problem-solving and has a knack for customer service! In this role, based in Durban, you will deal directly with users, providing vital support and diagnosing technical issues, all while maintaining high standards of service throughout the organization's IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT support inquiries via phone and email.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
• Assist users with software training and support.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and workflows.
• Assist in the management of backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Provide support during system upgrades and installations.
• Identify opportunities for improving service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support
