• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance.

• Provide support for ad-hoc financial queries and analyses.
• Assist in optimizing financial processes and procedures.
• Participate in the development of departmental goals and strategies.
• Support financial audits as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or Master's in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
