Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Clip Loading Machine Adjuster to join our manufacturing team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing clip loading machines to ensure optimal production performance.

Responsibilities

• Adjust settings on clip loading machines to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machines for any defects or faults.
• Train staff members on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of new production techniques.
• Prepare reports on machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Work with the maintenance team on machine upgrades and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Electrical Knowledge
• Experience with Automated Production Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Relevant Software Tools: Knowledge of software for machine operation and adjustments.
