Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant, you'll leverage your expertise in environmental science to provide insights and recommendations that help businesses comply with environmental regulations and improve their sustainability practices. You will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments, preparing reports, and liaising with stakeholders to drive positive environmental change.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and trainings on environmental best practices.
• Evaluate and mitigate environmental risks associated with projects.
• Interface with clients to educate them on sustainability practices.
• Conduct field investigations and sampling to support assessments.
• Prepare visual aids and presentations for clients.
• Draft environmental management plans based on findings.
• Collaborate with local communities on conservation initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project progress and compliance.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or Natural Resources
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the environmental consulting industry
