• Perform routine maintenance and backups of database systems.
• Analyze and identify trends in support requests to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support roles

• Windows and Mac OS

• CompTIA A+
