Job Description

The ideal Factory Workflow Coordinator will oversee and improve the production processes to enhance efficiency and quality. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure streamlined operations and optimal workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow in the factory to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align production goals with company objectives.
• Prepare reports on production performance for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the production line.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes.
• Facilitate communication between departments to improve overall workflow.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Operations Management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in factory operations, with a proven track record of workflow coordination.
