• Engage with cross-functional teams to align production goals with company objectives.
• Prepare reports on production performance for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the production line.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes.
• Facilitate communication between departments to improve overall workflow.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams as necessary.

• National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Process Optimization Expertise in improving manufacturing processes for better efficiency.
• Project Management Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Data Analysis Proficient in analysing data to make informed decisions.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
• Team Leadership Experience leading teams to success in production environments.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
