Job Description

As a Cooling Pan Tender, you will operate and maintain cooling pans within our manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring products are cooled effectively. Attention to detail and a keen focus on safety standards is paramount in this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cooling pans according to established procedures.
• Ensure proper setup and alignment of cooling pan equipment.
• Monitor and control cooling temperatures and processes.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on cooling pans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize cooling pan performance.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes and results.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred

Technical Skills
