E-commerce Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online store, enhancing customer experience, and implementing strategies to drive sales. You will work closely with marketing, tech, and design teams to ensure cohesive online presence and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online sales funnel and make recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess website performance and customer behaviour.
• Liaise with IT to troubleshoot any online issues.
• Create engaging content for social media and email marketing.
• Evaluate competitor strategies and adjust our approach accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Certification in Marketing or E-commerce is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce management

Technical Skills

• User Experience (UX) Design
• Email Marketing

Certifications

• Certified E-commerce Specialist
• Google Ads Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
