• Conduct training for staff on new chemical processes and safety protocols.
• Act as a liaison between R&D and production teams.
• Develop strategies for the scale-up of processes from lab to production.
• Assess and implement new technologies relevant to chemical engineering.
• Communicate with clients about project needs and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry
