We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to oversee and enhance our manufacturing operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, ensuring operational efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Implement effective strategies for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Establish quality assurance protocols and regularly review results.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product design improvements.
• Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
• Identify training needs within the production team and coordinate training sessions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance workplace safety and employee well-being.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in production management

• Six Sigma
• ERP Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean Six Sigma certification: Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
