Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Learning Manager to lead our Learning and Development team in Cape Town. This role involves designing and implementing innovative training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organisational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in corporate training.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and execution of leadership development programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure training impact and ROI.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to promote learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate assessments to evaluate employee competencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members involved in training delivery.
  • Promote and champion a culture of lifelong learning across the organisation.
  • Ensure all training materials are current and relevant.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to promote alignment on learning issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and adult learning
