Job Description

As the Industrial Relations Director, you will manage the complex landscape of employee relations, ensuring compliance with South African labor laws while promoting a collaborative work environment. Your leadership will help shape our approach to industrial relations and enhance workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective industrial relations strategies and policies.
  • Oversee employee relations processes including grievance handling and dispute resolution.

  • Analyze employment legislation and industry trends for policy compliance.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace misconduct and provide recommendations.
  • Build positive relationships with external stakeholders like labor unions.
  • Collaborate with HR to create training programs on industrial relations.
  • Manage the budget for industrial relations activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in Industrial Relations or related field
