Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings and candidate communications.
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools for success.
Support the employee performance review process and facilitate training sessions.
Address employee inquiries and manage employee relations effectively.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification is advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
