Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Cape Town, you will be at the heart of our people management initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth HR operation, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will collaborate with line managers to address workforce needs and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and onboarding logistics.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and resolutions.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in developing training needs analysis and professional development plans.
  • Initiate employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR
