Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing production processes and improving efficiency across various operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for new production equipment.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and materials for production.
• Create detailed reports on process improvements and cost savings.
• Support product development teams with engineering insights.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
• Identify safety and compliance issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in an industrial engineering role
