This role requires a hands-on approach to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and to high standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing construction teams and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction work and ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct safety briefings and training for construction personnel.
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress with project managers.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent potential delays.
• Maintain records of equipment and materials used on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management
• Degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in supervising construction projects
