Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary role will involve handling cash transactions, assisting at the point of sale, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a smile and assist them through the checkout process.
  • Accurately manage cash and electronic payment transactions.
  • Issue receipts and process returns as required.
  • Respond to customer queries with accurate information.
  • Keep the checkout area tidy and stocked with supplies.
  • Report any discrepancies in cash handling immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
