Job Description

The Order Processing Clerk will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The perfect candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and order confirmations for customers.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
  • Assist in training new team members on order processes.
  • Stay updated on product availability and promotions.
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Retail or E-commerce is an added advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or related field
Technical Skills
  • Order management software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Other South African Language: Basic
