We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage our logistics and supply chain operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain principles to drive efficiency and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Streamline procurement processes to maximize efficiency.
• Establish KPIs to measure supply chain success.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the supply chain.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and purchasing opportunities.
• Manage budgets related to supply chain operations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
• Lead project management efforts related to supply chain improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master's degree preferred in relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing supply chains in a corporate environment
