Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client objectives are met.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact client satisfaction and account success.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients on our products and services.
Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and improvements.
Prepare and present account reviews to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Master’s degree in Business or similar is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in client-facing roles or account management
