Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager where you will play a vital role in elevating our client's experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to foster relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting customers through their journey with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their use of our solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product development and improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions and feedback.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with sales to expand product use among existing clients.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the internal teams to streamline communication.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and engagement to inform business strategies.
  • Track customer success metrics and share insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's in Business or a related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or a similar role
