Job Description

As the Store Operations Lead in Durban, you will oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. You are responsible for managing a team, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations within the store, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Support staff development through ongoing training and performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in store operations.
• Manage the implementation of marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and upper management.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the Store Manager.
• Ensure the store environment remains welcoming and safe for customers.
• Address any operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Relevant diploma in Management or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory role

• English: Fluent
